While at Gensler, I was part of the design team that led Samsung through a series of strategy workshops, internal stakeholder engagement sessions and design transformation process to move from their old fixture design in third party retailers, to the current Samsung GEM fixture suite, seen at JB HiFi, Harvey Norman, Bing Lee and others.
