Retail Activation Concept

The Retail Centre Ground Plane Activation project is a mixed use development located in Singapore, owned by a confidential global developer. The Client hired our team at Gensler to develop a series of ground plane activation strategy concepts. As part of our research, we looked at the F&B scene in Singapore to help inform the Client’s leasing strategy and drive traffic to the outdoor ground plane, despite the year-round sizzling temperatures.
